Regarding when do you know and area is done being worked on, I have noticed in clients when they are receiving treatment, that the body sometimes gives you a signal but there has been a resolution of something. This sometimes manifests as a marked change in breathing briefly, a deep sudden inhalation followed by a long, what sounds like, Sigh of relief.
